CVC-COVID-19 Policy

To our valued clients,

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak and recent declared State of Emergency in Ontario, we are taking additional precautions to minimize the risk to our clients, staff and community.

We are implementing the following steps in order to do our best to provide your pets with the necessary care:

  • We are asking all clients to remain in their vehicle when arriving for an appointment, food or medication pickup.  Please call our clinic for payment and a staff member will bring you food or medication to you.
  • For your appointment, please call us upon arrival. A staff member will come and collect your pet to have them triaged. We will collect your pet’s history and relay our recommendations and treatment plan over the phone.
  • Make sure that you bring your pet in a carrier or leash.
  • We will no longer accept cash transactions. Payments can be done electronically: debit / credit card or by phone.

We will strive to continue the same level of  care for you and your pet during these challenging times. We ask for you patience and understanding.  If you have any concerns, you may contact us by phone.
